Certification and Accreditation

The Genomics Testing Laboratory employs testing procedures that meet the requirements, regulations and guidelines of the State of Washington Department of Health (Medical Test Site/CLIA). Additionally, the laboratory is licensed by the State of California for clinical laboratory testing.  Additional state licenses were pursued for the Eastlake Genomics Laboratory because of the type of testing they perform.

Listed below are the most current Bloodworks Northwest Genomics Testing Laboratory accreditations and licenses from two locations. They may be printed for your records but please verify the correct location that the testing has occurred. Check the patient laboratory report to identify which lab the testing was performed in.
