Test Information Reflex testing for confirmation of positive heparin antibody with the addition of high dose heparin as an inhibitory step in the heparin/PF4 IgG ELISA.

Requested Volume 5cc Citrate (blue top) tube
Sample Information Whole blood can be sent at ambient temperature to receive within 24 hours of draw. Frozen plasma samples can be sent over the weekend.   Friday after 12 Noon thru Sunday night, weekend shipping directions apply.
Shipping Information Send whole blood at ambient temperature Monday – Friday and should be received in the lab within 24 hours of collection.
